How to Avoid Scams in Maplestory

1. When buying an item, always put half of the price up, and ask the other person to show the item. If not, then immediately close the trade window. Some scammers like to play with you, and even if you do fall for it, its only half of your mesos. Would you rather lose it all?

3. Do not buy NX cash. It is 99.99% possibility that it’s a scam, not to mention it’s against the Terms of Service. Buying NX is usually a scam. 4. If you’re really paranoid of scams, and is afraid of selling your items, just get a shop, bought with NX cash, from the Cash Shop. Remember to check your values. 9999999 can look like 999999. Thats about 9 mil off!
